1. Artist can be made by  HE Casting via other third parties (e.g. photographers) or by arrangement directly with the artist.  Terms and conditions of the contract partner which differ from the following conditions  shall not be accepted. Such as differing terms and conditions shall not become a subject  matter of the contract, even if the artist does not expressly contradict. 2. The booking shall establish a contractual relationship between the  customer and artist which is represented by the HE agency. The H’E agency shall expressly ensure to be authorized by the artist, the following regulations shall also be binding for the signing H’E agency. Statements of agency shall always be made in name on behalf of the artist . The artist shall indemnify the customer against all damages  which result from the fact that they have not obliged the artist in the contractually agreed scope contrary to prior assurance. This shall also compromise the costs of the legal representation which accrue to the customer during defense against use by the artist. 3. Option bookings are bookings which are subject to a binding date, however, provisional. H’E agencies note options in order to their applications and inform the  customer about the order which is used for noting the option already during the  application. If there is no such reference, the customer can assume that the option  already during application. If there is  no such reference, the artist can assume  that the option is ranking first. If there is firm booking at least 24 hours before the  beginning of the work, the options booking will expire.  4. Firm bookings  shall be binding for both parties. upon request of the customer the  modeling agencies or the model him/herself must immediately confirm bookings in  writing or via fax/email, specifying all details which are essential for these bookings.
Actors/Models can be booked and opted or by the hour, for half day or for the whole day. In case of shootings in the studio and or indoor for the whole day including hair and makeup excluding lunch break, in case of the shootings outdoor and or at the location for a whole day, including hair, makeup excluding lunch break and drive to the location. The model shall be entitled to one hour of goodwill.
1. Both contract partners can cancel a firm booking as follow, whereas the cancelation periods depends on the number of the days which have been on the number of the days which have been booked by a model: the number of the booked days shall determine the minimum cancellation period; if it is the complied with, the booking can be cancelled for free of charge, whereas the minimum cancellation period if it is compiled with the booking can be cancelled free of charge, whereas the minimum  cancellation period is at  least 48 hours until the beginning of the work (Example: 4­ days booking  ­> minimum cancellation period 4 days; 1 day booking ­> minimum  cancellation period 48 hours. If the minimum cancelation is not compiled with, however the cancelation is made at least 24 hours before the beginning of the work, the other party shall be entitled to at least 50% of the fee we agreed upon. 2. The assertion of exceeding damage shall be reserved to the injured party. 3. This shall not affect the right of the contract parties of termination without notice of cause according to the legal regular.
In the case of culpable delay of the Shoot for Artist, the missed working time must be reworked without the possibility of asserting additional claims against the customer. if rework is not possible completely or party (adverse lighting conditions or other appointments ), the absence can be proportionally deducted from the model fee. The assertion of claims for damages shall be reserved  to the customer.
1. If the appearance and the data of the shoot have sustainability changed with the regard changed with regard to the photography (polaroid) which has most recently been presented to the customer can withdraw from the contract after the immediate complained against the modeling agency without the need to pay the fee of additional costs. 2. If the artist is absent during the shootings due to illness or accident, The customer shall be entitled to propositionally reduces the fees.
1. The payment agreed upon shall be compensate all claims artist for the activities agreed upon including the compensation of the granting rights NB The agency will be deducting 30% from your payments if booked  2. PAYMENTS the artist additional costs. The invoice amounts shall be paid by  the customer within period of 15 days after the receipt of the invoice. The photographic artist shall agree that the payment is affected with discharging effect to the casting agency with deduction of possibility accruing taxes and duties etc.
REMEMBER IT'S A ONE YEAR CONTRACT AND  THEREFORE YOU ARE MORE  THAN WELCOME TO RENEW IT. All matters relating to the use of artist image any other  services supplied by the artist and all the fees must be negotiated and agreed only with HE. The client shall not tempt nor allow other to negotiate with the artist with the artists directly.
